First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Iris.
Account Executive
The initial recruiter call with Christine, the People Manager, was good and professional. However, the hiring manager was very unprofessional. He changed the interview time last minute, and then didn't show up for the rescheduled interview, giving an excuse about another meeting. When he finally did call in, the connection was bad and there was a lot of background noise. He mentioned the importance of filling the role quickly. I was then interviewed by a new employee who had only been there a week, making it impossible to get answers about the company, clients, or culture. The interview was disorganized and unprofessional, despite the manager emphasizing the role's importance. The answers I did get suggested a high-stress role with little appreciation, and I heard red flags about high turnover.

Account Executive
I applied online and then got a call from HR to come in for an interview day. It was a long day, like 6-7 hours, and included a group project, a presentation, and a one-on-one chat. There were 7 other people in my group. I felt like I did well, gave a good presentation and interview. They said I'd hear back the week after, given how long the day was. But I never heard anything back.
- Why are you interested in Iris?
Account Executive
The interview was chill and the interviewer was super nice. They told me about the company and how it's set up. It was a back-and-forth chat, and they let me ask whatever I wanted. I didn't feel any stress, it was just a casual chat to get to know each other. My only issue was that they weren't exactly on time.
