I had a 15-minute phone screening, followed by a 30-minute chat with the hiring manager. Then, three interviews happened back-to-back with people who are or were on the team. The whole process was okay, but communication was bad, like the recruiter ghosted me for over two weeks after the last interview. Then someone else told me I didn't get the job, and I found out the recruiter quit. It was a not-great experience because of the silence.

Technical Other

It was pretty relaxed since I already knew the manager. They gave me an Excel test which I didn't do great on, but the manager mentioned they could train me. The test involved a lot of Pivot Tables, Vlookup, and advanced Excel tricks.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online and got a call from a recruiter. After a quick chat, she scheduled me with a manager. That interview went great. Then, I talked to another manager, which also went well. The next step was an onsite interview. That's where things went south. One manager seemed completely checked out, yawning the entire time. I knew right then it wasn't going to work out, but they still didn't give me any feedback.
