Had 3 rounds in total. The first was an initial phone screen. The second round included a mini case study and some behavioral questions and lasted about 45 minutes. The third round had 2 separate case studies, also with behavioral questions. I'd say the difficulty was average because case studies can be tough, so it was what I expected difficulty-wise. One case study was more of a written case, and I was given about 5 minutes to come up with a framework myself, which is longer than the usual 30 seconds to a minute.
- Can you tell me about a CPG product you really like and explain your reasoning?

We'll start with a personal introduction about your resume up to your early work experiences. Then, we'll discuss the company's vision, operations, and departments. We'll cover your work experience from internships, practical work, and early career entries. Expect technical questions on general business administration, mathematics, and marketing. There will be a case study based on a market research study and its results, with 30 minutes for you to work on it. You'll then present the insights and conclusions from the results. An analysis section will demonstrate the mathematical background behind the results, followed by critical follow-up questions. We'll also open the floor for your questions about the company. Finally, we'll discuss your salary expectations.
- What was your most challenging experience in the professional world and how did you manage it?
- Could you tell us about the biggest success you've had in your life and how you've continued to use it?
- Could you tell us about your salary expectations?

Got an employee referral and quickly heard from HR for a screening call. Then had another interview to chat about the job. After that, spent a day with in-person and conference call interviews with the team. Everyone was nice and seemed to think things through. But man, it took forever. There were times I figured it wasn't going anywhere, then I'd get a call or email from the HR person saying they were still into me and sorting out the schedule.
- Tell me about your methods of analysis.
- Discuss your understanding of marketing concepts.
- How would you approach exploring a problem or an unanticipated outcome in a case study scenario?
