Behavioral Technical Presentation

I first spoke with a recruiter from an agency about my background. A few days later, the recruiter submitted my resume and set up an interview with the Account Director. I met with the AD six days after the initial recruiter call. The AD brought a colleague to the interview. We discussed my experience and they asked some questions. It lasted about 50 minutes. They told me the next step was a Powerpoint and Excel Evaluation, which I had four days to complete. The AD was helpful with questions. Two days later, I presented my Powerpoint to the AD and her colleague. They seemed interested and mentioned the VP wanted to schedule a call. The VP emailed later that day for a call the next day. He asked about my experience and answered my questions about the company and role. The recruiter mentioned things were positive and an offer was being finalized. I got the offer four days later.
