First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at iRhythm Technologies.
Systems Engineer
I went through 3 interviews with HR, the hiring manager, and then a 5-hour panel interview before getting ghosted. It felt like a total waste of time, and I'm honestly shocked a company would ghost a candidate; a rejection email would have been the minimum. I followed up twice by email with no response from the people involved in the 2-hour discussion. The job was posted again three times after my interview. I had a bad feeling from the start when I noticed the job had been open for over 60 days. When I asked HR about it, they claimed they couldn't find anyone and thought it was strange because no one was qualified. For another role I applied for, they expected candidates to spend a whole day writing an essay for engineering questions, implying 'if we really wanted the job.' HR's unprofessional response was to laugh and say, 'you also have homework for you,' despite me being a professional with years of experience, not a student.

Internal Auditor
The hiring process felt professional and organized. The recruitment team was clear in their communication and set up interviews quickly. The interviewers were polite and asked pertinent questions about my background in internal audit, SOX compliance, and risk management. It was generally a good and straightforward interview experience.

Solutions Manager
The process started off great with initial contact and scheduling interviews. I thought the company was interesting and they seemed really engaged. The initial chat with HR and the video interview with the hiring manager went smoothly. Then, they mentioned scheduling a follow-up interview. However, days went by with no response. I tried reaching out a couple of times but eventually gave up. It's really disrespectful when companies ghost you like this, and I'm disappointed iRhythm did that.

Clinical Operations Support Representative
had a phone interview with the recruiter, they asked about my background, why I'm interested and what I can bring to the team. they also asked about any system database knowledge and admin experience, saying it's very very important and they won't move forward without it. they also heavily emphasised that there's no career progression, which was helpful to know.
