The interview process started with a call from HR where they mostly asked introductory questions like 'introduce yourself' and 'what interests you in IQVIA'. After that, there was an interview with the Hiring manager, who asked questions about my experience, knowledge, and tools. I had a panel interview with three people. Two were on video and one was not. Seemed a bit strange and/or rude to me. I felt the interview overall went well other than me not having all of the exact experience they were looking for. They told me it would take up to 3 weeks to make a decision. Three weeks go by and I heard nothing so I follow up…still nothing. I thought better of IQVIA
