The interview process was quick and not too long. It was a panel interview with three people. HR was super fast at setting it up. The interviewers were really encouraging. If you prepare for the usual questions, you should be able to answer everything easily.

The interview had two stages. First, I spoke with HR, who were very nice and attentive. Second, I interviewed with three managers. They asked general questions like about my experience, what I expect from the job, my 5-year goals, and challenges in my last role. Surprisingly, none of the questions related to the job description. The managers then had me do a simulation where one pretended to be an angry customer. The whole interview was focused on customer service, which wasn't mentioned in the job description at all, despite it being very detailed. It was also concerning that the managers seemed unaware of local labor laws regarding workload. I didn't receive any feedback after the interview.

A recruiter reached out and sent a job description, asking if I was interested. I said yes and had a phone chat with the recruiter within a week. After some more emails, I was scheduled for an online interview the following week with the team leader and two other folks. By then, I suspected our salary expectations weren't aligned, which turned out to be true. The team leader also mentioned that the recruiter had given some inaccurate info about the job.
