Data Analyst
So the interview process at IQVIA kicked off with Eric Knight giving a rundown of the company, their analytics framework, and program details. They mentioned flexibility in moving between roles, which was cool. The next round was with Alesia and Daniel, covering behavioral and technical stuff. Alesia asked about my IQVIA knowledge, why I wanted the job, and how I deal with tricky situations like making calls with not enough info or settling disputes with bosses. I also talked about a project I liked and my main drives and aspirations. Daniel hit me with questions about figuring out KPIs, industry trends, and if I'd be a good fit. We chatted about managing my time, juggling leadership and teamwork, and my biggest career wins. It was tough but made me feel good. Then came this case study where I had to analyze data from the day before, which was a bunch of Excel tables. The task was to answer questions on market share, sales, and promotions. I only had an hour to analyze and make a three-slide presentation, so I used Excel charts and bullet points to be quick. It was tight, but I got it done and sent it in. After that, the Leadership Potential Panel with Samuel and Galena, who are senior folks. They asked about my future plans, what motivates me, and handling tough stuff like workplace conflicts or when things don't go as planned. We also touched on leadership traits, staying calm under pressure, and real examples. I felt okay about it, but it was hard to read them, so I'd give it a 7.5-8/10. Then the Analytics Delivery Team Panel with Eric and Maya. This one was about leadership and how we work in teams. They asked what makes me want to join the academy, how I handle disagreements, and what I contribute to group talks. I gave examples of leading and where I need to grow, saying I'm keen to learn. Eric seemed to like my answers, but Maya was kinda tougher. Still, I'd say it was an 8.5/10 for a good, fair chat. The Technical Skills Panel with Pramod and Xiaotong was about my data skills and tech experience. I talked about dealing with bad data, past projects, and showed my work with a presentation, which led to questions about filtering out noise and finding useful insights. I also asked about the split between consulting and analyzing at IQVIA. This felt really interesting, like a 9-10/10. The last bit was a presentation to a big group, including the interviewers and other candidates. I presented my analysis clearly and answered most questions well, though I fumbled a bit on one number. During the Q&A, I discussed how to boost a product, explained some market data, and suggested more analysis if I had more time. It was 3 rounds in total, including a super day that lasted about 6 hours.

Data Lead
So I went through 2 rounds, the first was with HR, they asked about my background, work, and some process questions. Then a 30-minute video interview with the Assoc director where they asked detailed questions about my CDM experience. They both really liked me but mentioned I only had 2 years of lead experience when the role needed 3. They said they might consider me for other roles that fit my profile. The interview process was simple, straightforward, and had regular questions, and the interviewers were professional and easy to talk to.

Data Analyst
I first applied by sending my resume through Monster. The HR team reached out via email in under a week to schedule a phone interview. After that went well, I had a second interview, a technical one, with the team's supervisor and director. That interview was also successful, leading to a final in-person interview at their Deerfield, IL office. The whole thing moved pretty fast, taking only 2-3 weeks. After the in-person, I checked in with HR weekly for an update and eventually got a great job offer!
