Behavioral Technical Coding

I had a 1-hour interview with the manager and got positive feedback. Then, there was a 2-hour live coding interview online where I had to process a dataset and make predictions using machine learning. It was a train/test task. The dataset preprocessing took so long that I couldn't even finish 10% of the task, and they told me I didn't know how to code in Python, which was surprising given my 6 years in engineering and multiple Deep Learning projects. The task felt incoherent and irrelevant, especially for a consulting role where understanding AI is key, but coding isn't the main focus.

Behavioral Case Presentation

Started with a recruiter call, then a phone screen which included behavioral questions and a drug pricing case study. The first round was a behavioral interview. The final round had three parts: 30 mins of behavioral questions, a 2-hour written case study, and a 1-hour international market entry case study.
