It was a two round process. The first round was with the manager. They were very strict about how they validate computer systems, acting like it's a universal process. The second round was in person with the director. They mentioned having a lot of backlog for documentation and other tasks. It seemed to go well, and they said they'd update me, but I never heard back and my calls weren't returned.

I had an interview with a recruiter for a position I felt I was probably overqualified for. A couple of things to be aware of: - Misleading Compensation: The salary range they posted online is way lower than what they're actually offering. When I talked to the recruiter, the absolute 'hard cap' was actually in the middle of the advertised salary range, even for someone they thought was a 'superstar candidate'. This isn't transparent and honestly felt like a waste of both my time and the recruiter's time. - Unprofessional Advice: The recruiter gave me some unsolicited advice on how I should tell my current employer about my 'career desires' before I started looking for new jobs. It felt like a big overstep.

It started with a one-minute video recording where I had to answer 4 basic questions. After that, I had an initial interview with HR, which was partly in English to check my level. Overall, it was a good experience and they provide feedback.
