They weren't clear about the requirements, they were looking for a cardiologist and it wasn't listed in the requirements. I wasted time and energy. Lack of transparency, HR does their job, then passes their analysis to the decision-maker who might say, 'everything is great, but I'm looking for a cardiologist and this person isn't one.' But neither the applicant nor HR knows this, so it's misleading. It would be much better if they were clearer from the start.

Applied for the MASC associate role. The whole process took about six weeks, which was pretty straightforward. It began with an online screening, then a Zoom call where I had to do a Fermi-style case. The final stage was a 'super day' with several interviews and some easy cases. The recruiters were nice but not very quick with responses.

I went through three virtual interviews over a few weeks after doing a bunch of prep. Then I got an automated email saying I didn't get the job. It felt pretty insulting after having conversations that seemed to go well. I followed up with a recruiter and found out the role was actually pulled and they weren't hiring anyone. It all seemed really disorganized. My suggestion for IQVIA: if candidates put in the time to meet your team, at least have the decency to tell them personally what happened, instead of just sending an automated rejection.
