So, it starts with you sending in your application and resume, and then HR or the hiring manager look through it to pick out people who seem to fit. After that, there's a quick call to chat about your background and why you're interested in the job. Then, they'll likely give you some kind of test to see if you have the specific skills needed. The first real interview is where they dig into your technical skills and how you solve problems, usually with people on the team or the manager. You might have a second interview after that, which could involve more technical stuff, questions about how you handle situations, and maybe a group interview to see how you'd fit in. The very last interview is typically with higher-ups, and it's more about seeing if you'll vibe with the company culture and your future plans. If all those interviews go well, they'll check your references, and if everything checks out, they'll make you an offer and you can talk about the details.

Technical Coding Other

I applied for an Analyst role through my college's placement program. It began with an online test that included aptitude, logical thinking, and English sections. After passing that, I had a video interview to assess my fit for the role. Then came two technical rounds, which involved coding, SQL, and puzzles, and these took place within a two-week period. The final stage was an interview with a manager. Each of these interviews was about 45 minutes long. I got an offer email about a month later, and after accepting it, the online onboarding started right away.

This was a campus interview with a large number of shortlists, so the interviews were very brief, lasting a maximum of 15-20 minutes. It was a last-minute interview call with 2 stages, a personal one-to-one interview followed by an HR round. General questions about consultancy, guestimates, and puzzles were asked, along with questions about personal accomplishments.
