Associate
Had an initial chat with a recruiter, it was a nice and easy conversation. Then I met with two leadership team members separately. The final stage was a meeting with the head of operations. All the interviews felt very conversational, and the questions were about my goals and drive, pretty generic overall.

It was a 5-step process, all pretty straightforward. Started with a recruiter chat, then met with 3 hiring managers, and wrapped up with a final chat with the Director of Ops who made the offer.

Associate
So there's one 30 min phone screen with the recruiter to just get a general overview. Then, two 30 min video calls back to back with practice leaders. After that, a 30 min phone interview with the Sr. Director of Operations. If they make an offer on the call, you'll negotiate salary and title then. Otherwise, a formal offer letter is emailed.
