Interviewed by internal recruiter and then a member of leadership, and that was it! I loved how quick the process was. We talked about my recruiting background and strategy, the types of roles I've recruited for, my sourcing process for requisitions, the requisition load I'm comfortable with, and how I communicate with hiring managers and stay on track.

The initial step was a phone screen where I was asked typical EA questions. I spoke with the recruiter for about half an hour, which felt like a pretty standard first part of the process. However, what happened next (or didn't happen) was really unprofessional and strange. After asking for my resume and availability for the next week, the recruiter just stopped communicating altogether. It was really discouraging, especially when you're already stressed trying to find a new job. Just super unprofessional.

So there's one 30 min phone screen with the recruiter to just get a general overview. Then, two 30 min video calls back to back with practice leaders. After that, a 30 min phone interview with the Sr. Director of Operations. If they make an offer on the call, you'll negotiate salary and title then. Otherwise, a formal offer letter is emailed.

Linda reached out on LinkedIn, and after a brief chat, she scheduled a phone interview. We had the call, and she said she'd let me know either way, but I never heard back, even after I messaged her on LinkedIn. A quick search online suggests this is pretty standard.
