I applied online and then got an email about a short phone call interview a few days later. The phone call was about fifteen minutes long and I was asked to come in the following week for an in-person interview. That interview lasted about an hour and it was with the marketing manager and her boss. I was told they'd have a decision about the next steps later that week but I didn't hear anything until two weeks later.
