I recently interviewed with IQPC for the HR & Payroll Specialist position. It was a really fast process, honestly the best I've had. The Payroll Manager and HR Manager were super welcoming right away and made me feel like I was already part of the team. You could really feel the good company culture and how friendly it was during the whole interview. I ended up turning down the offer, but I'm hopeful we might connect again someday. There were three interview rounds. The first was with an HR generalist. The second was with the Controller of the US company. The third and final round was with the Controller of the parent company, and I also met future coworkers.

First, I had a phone interview with HR. Then, I went in for an in-person interview at the office. During the in-person part, I met with the finance manager and the controller. They both seemed pretty laid back and asked standard accounting questions.
