The interview process was super quick and efficient, IQPC moved really fast through the interviews, and it was all done within two weeks. The interviews themselves were really informative and gave me a clear picture of the job and the company. They explained the final stage task really well, and I actually enjoyed doing it. IQPC was also really flexible with travel, letting me interview virtually, which was a lifesaver.

I completed all three interview rounds and a written exercise. Things were looking good before the holidays, but they told me the business closes down and they'd get back to me in January. I've followed up several times and still haven't heard back. It's pretty unacceptable to ghost someone after a full interview process and a written assignment. I usually don't write reviews, but I think other candidates should know what to expect from this company.

It's a very thorough process, where they focus more on who you are as a person rather than just your resume. They'll be looking at things like your confidence, body language, English proficiency, what your future goals are, and what drives you, as opposed to just what you've done before. But, it's still key to show that you've been dependable in past roles.
