It took about a month. First, there was an assessment, I think it was to check my English skills and work ethic. Then, a 30-minute in-person initial interview, followed by a final interview over the phone.

Customer Service Representative
We did an initial face-to-face interview at their job caravan. They asked me general questions like what I know about being a CSR, why BPOs exist, what I can contribute, and where I see myself in 5 years. The final round was a phone call where they asked situational questions and tested my empathy. It was mostly about clarifying my government requirements and my possible start date if I got hired. Tip: watch yt interviews about BPOs and prepare your answers beforehand. Try to make it not sound like you memorized them.
