Behavioral Technical Coding

Had a 30 min intro phone call with an hr person who talked about the hiring process and did a general fit check. Then a 60 min cultural interview with a manager and a trainer where they asked about my values. After that, a 2h technical interview with a team lead and a dev manager, looking at a system diagram and problem-solving. Then there was a live coding demo using C# in visual studio. They gave me a list of unit tests and asked me to write code to pass them, they were watching my approach. I finished early and they asked if I had questions. I'm waiting on an offer now.

Behavioral Technical Coding

I had a phone interview where I got to chat about my skills and experience. My next interview was a 'get to know you' chat, which was a cool chance to go into more detail about projects I've done. About two weeks later, I got a home assignment to solve a problem. They got back to me quickly with a positive response, and then I had a 2-hour technical interview. Everyone I met was really nice and friendly. I was excited about the possibility of working there.
