I had an initial phone screen, followed by an interview with the hiring manager, and then a behavioral interview with a senior manager. The interviews were conducted via Zoom. It was a fairly informal process, which might have been due to my prior compliance experience.

It was a pretty easy process. The interviewer and questions were really clear about what the job entails. It's a work-from-home setup, but you have to go onsite about once a month. The pay was good too.

The interview process was a complete waste of time. Everything seemed to be going well, and I passed all the interviews and tests, and a job offer was in the works. Suddenly, there was no further communication, and after a few weeks, I was informed that the role had been put on hold. This incident says a lot about the company culture and its management. However, I am still glad to have dodged a bullet.
