Had a quick hr interview. It was just questions or confirmation about your details and your background. For the interview with managers, it was about basic accounting foundation. The hr team is not responsive to your email queries, you need to follow up email and it takes a long time to reply.

After submitting my CV, I had a phone call with a chill and friendly HR team to clarify a few things about my resume. The next day, I had a video call interview with HR where they asked about my technical and soft skills. They were very accommodating in scheduling the next interview, asking for a convenient time for me and trying to match it. The people were lovely and made me want to work there. Following the HR video call, there's a final interview with the senior/manager I'd be working with or the head of HR.

I wanted to sincerely thank Jun Meng and the hiring team for taking the time to speak with me on February 25th about the Fund Accountant role. It was a pleasure learning more about Jun Meng's team and the department's contribution to IQ-EQ's success. I appreciate the insights Jun Meng shared and I’m excited about the opportunity to apply my skills in fund accounting, financial reporting, and client services. We also touched on opportunities within Wun Siang’s department in Associate, Regulatory Compliance. I am very open to exploring this path as well, as I’m keen to contribute to IQ-EQ in a way that aligns with my expertise and the company’s needs. IQ-EQ has had a special place in my professional journey since my undergraduate days, having been recognized by Mark Pesco and his team at the TargetJobs UK Undergraduate of the Year Awards in 2018. Helen Baxter had recommended me for a potential internship in Singapore at the time, and I’ve always hoped for the right opportunity to join IQ-EQ.
