The interview was really friendly. It mostly involved questions about getting to know you, your career goals, and why you'd be a good fit for this role and our company specifically. They really wanted to know what motivates you.

it was a good experience with organized steps for interviews, different rounds include doing an exam and general interview with managers to understand the role better is very helpful for interviewees to gain exposure of the company as a whole

So there were a few steps, but I only actually went through two interviews. The first interview wasn't too tough. The second interview was a mix of a values interview and a case interview. The values part was mostly about how you understand the company's values, and the case interview was more about giving a presentation.
