First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Ipsos.
Manager
If you prepare well, you should be able to get it. I was asked about HLD, LLD, and basic concepts of AI, architecture, and system design. Some behavioural and managerial questions were also asked.
- Can you introduce yourself and discuss your AI-related projects?
- Describe your experience with High-Level Design (HLD).
- Describe your experience with Low-Level Design (LLD).
Senior Manager
The process was pretty standard. It had three interview rounds with different people from the team, plus I had to do this assessment thing. The recruiter was good with communication. Didn't end up getting an offer though.
- Can you tell me about your background managing research projects?
Communication Manager
- Why did you apply for this position?
- What is the achievement you are most proud of?
- What do you expect from your next job?
