The online interviews are designed to help candidates get up to speed on current market news and check their basic data analysis skills. The whole process was pretty chill and not too stressful, lasting around 30 minutes.

The hiring manager was really not inviting or welcoming and she would not disclose salary and visa sponsorship questions. These are mandatory things when it comes to employment. The answers received were very vague and later on I understood that this is an unpaid internship. How is this legal? I would never recommend to people to apply to unpaid internships regardless of their level of expertise/education.

Got an email from Ipsos about a week after applying on their website to schedule an interview. First, there were 2 skill tests: one on business knowledge and a translation test (English to Korean and Korean to English). After that, we went into the main interview part, which included rows of interviewers from different teams looking for an intern and a group interview with 4 people.
