Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at IpserLab.
Software Engineer
It's a pretty straightforward interview where they'll ask about your background, what you're currently working with tech-wise, and if you have any specific interests that might lead to you being placed on a startup team. After that, the interviewer will chat about the company, what they've achieved, and the general vibe.
- Can you list the technologies you're familiar with?
Software Engineer
The interview process was quite straightforward and involved questions based on my resume. It was just one round, so the resume was really important. The requirements were also quite simple.
- Can you tell me about yourself and your experience?
Software Development Engineer
I had a good one recently where the company's president actually did read my resume and know that I was qualified in the things he is looking for, so we just ended up talking about the local baseball team for half the interview because he wants people who love the local area. I have a second in person interview with them soon. I hope I get that one because it was such a good interview experience, and the job they're selling me on sounds exactly like what I'm looking for.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
