First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at IpserLab.
Software Engineer
It's a pretty straightforward interview where they'll ask about your background, what you're currently working with tech-wise, and if you have any specific interests that might lead to you being placed on a startup team. After that, the interviewer will chat about the company, what they've achieved, and the general vibe.
- Can you list the technologies you're familiar with?
Front End Developer
We chatted about the company and my background. It was a really friendly conversation. Since the internship is unpaid, they didn't have high expectations for my technical skills. I was asked to introduce myself and talk about my technical background, but there weren't any actual technical questions.
- Can you tell me about your background?
Engineer
The interview process was straightforward and easy. They talked about the company's mission and future product plans. They also asked about my previous work history and background, and my aspirations and how I'd fit in.
- What are your future career aspirations?
Intern
There was just one interview round. After it was done, they told me the project I would be working on, which was interesting. They asked a few questions about technologies I know and past projects.
- Simple questions about previously completed projects.
