Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at IPSEN.
Project Assistant
I had an initial chat with my future internship supervisor. Then, shortly after, a quick second interview with the head of the department and my supervisor. It was a pretty smooth and easy conversation. I got a positive response about a month later.
- Could you describe your academic journey?
- Could you walk me through your work experience?
Project Manager
First up was the N+2 and N+1 interview. We went over the job description and I presented my CV. Then we had a general chat about what motivates me. After that, I met with HR. They gave me an overview of the company, and we talked about my career motivations and future goals. Knowing French is a big plus.
- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Project Manager
I had a phone interview with HR, then a phone interview with the hiring manager. After that, I had an in-person interview with the GPM team, which included the manager and a tour. Then I got the offer, negotiated salary, and accepted. Finally, I started the onboarding process.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
