First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at IPSEN.
Intern
It was a 3-round interview process, with each round lasting about 30 minutes. First, I met with the Hiring Manager, then the Team, and finally the Manager. The interviews were spaced out about 2-4 weeks apart. HR was good about providing info quickly. The interviews mainly asked questions to gauge my understanding of the job and its duties, and there was also a behavioral part.
- Can you define what the function of this role means to you?
Intern
I recently had an exam and I must say, it was a good experience overall. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, which helped ease my nerves. However, I won't deny that some questions were quite challenging, but I managed to answer them to the best of my abilities. One thing that stood out to me was that the entire exam was conducted in German, which is not my native language. Nevertheless, I was able to understand the questions and respond appropriately. All in all, it was a positive experience, and I'm looking forward to seeing my results.
- Could you please introduce yourself?
Industrial Placement Student
The interview went really well and the interviewers were super nice. It started with a phone chat with someone from talent acquisition and then I had an in-person meeting. All in all, it was a great experience and I'd totally apply again.
- Can you tell me about your biggest weakness?
