I went to a super day for a summer internship where we did a group exercise to create a client presentation and then did individual case studies. It seemed like a really welcoming company culture. I was bummed because they ran out of time for the individual interviews after the case studies, and the person grading my case study was texting on her phone while I presented. It seems like a great company though, and I'll try again, but the interview process wasn't managed super well.
