I applied by sending my resume via email and then got a call to set up an in person interview. The process was really simple and easy overall. They are looking for prior experience in the hospitality field. The interview wasn't formal at all and happened during their breaks. I'm not sure if it's changed, but I can't imagine it's become super complicated.
- What prior experience do you have?
- How many years of experience do you have?

It was a really easy interview. I talked to the manager and they said they'd get back to me in a day. Then I did a 1-hour unpaid trial, and the manager asked me how I felt about it. If I got the job, the manager would email me.
- What makes you want to be a part of the ippudo team?

It was simple and easy to understand, but the hours were pretty demanding as I applied during the holiday season. It was more of a get to know you session with basic questions.
- Can you tell me about your commitments?
