Wait Staff
The interview was pretty laid-back with the floor leader. They asked about my interests, customer service experience, and what I thought my responsibilities would be. We also chatted about my past work history and got to know each other. They also asked why I was interested in Ippudo.
- What makes you want to join the Ippudo team?
Server
It was a really easy interview. I talked to the manager and they said they'd get back to me in a day. Then I did a 1-hour unpaid trial, and the manager asked me how I felt about it. If I got the job, the manager would email me.
