So HR reached out on LinkedIn and we had a quick chat first. Then I interviewed with the Director of Engineering. Lastly, I talked to some Staff Engineers. The whole thing was super fast, like only a week from start to finish.

Then, there was a coding test on an internal IPPON platform similar to a coding game, featuring three exercises: one easy, one medium, and one difficult.
