The process was smooth but the interviewers seemed unprepared for what they were hiring for. Maybe because its a new role, im not sure. I hope the company is not like this as a whole, but usually the interview process is indicitvate of how a company functions

Technical Coding

The interview process involved a preliminary phone call to clarify the application, followed by a recruiter call to detail the role and check if the candidate fits IPPON. Then, there was a coding test on an internal IPPON platform similar to a coding game, featuring three exercises: one easy, one medium, and one difficult. If the test was successful, a technical interview was conducted with a tech lead or manager to discuss the test results, explain development choices, and learn about IPPON from a technical perspective.
