I talked to a manager who looked over my resume. He asked me some stuff about my background and if I knew about iPic Entertainment. He also asked about my availability before I left. I was told they would call me back in a few days. But then I got an email saying they weren't going to move forward with a second interview.
- Can you tell me what you know about iPic Entertainment? Have you ever visited one of their theaters?
- Have you been to an iPic theatre before?
Server
I had a quick interview where they asked about my experience. After that, I watched videos about iPic, which included training videos. The interview itself wasn't hard, but the training didn't really prepare me for the actual job.
- What's your experience in the food industry?
Server
It was a friendly interview. Since it was post-COVID, they seemed busy and were putting things together quickly, which is understandable. I got the job right away, but I'm curious because it felt like they were a bit desperate.
- Can you describe a challenging customer interaction and how you managed it?
