It began with a 30-minute phone screen, which was a good chat. Next up was a Zoom panel interview with the director and two other team members. They asked some basic questions and a fair bit of behavioral stuff. While the director was super friendly and engaged, the other two seemed disengaged, giving the impression they might have had another candidate in mind. Didn't get an offer, unfortunately. Feeling bummed!
