It was a good interview process. However, it's essential to do additional preparation about the company and its values before every interview. The interviewer was quite satisfied with my answers, and the main task is to show your ability to handle the work.

The process lasted about 3 to 4 months. First, they checked my CV. Then, I had a virtual written test. After that, I was invited for a panel interview with 4 people. It was 14 competence-based questions in an hour. The panel asked the questions, but there were no follow-up questions or clarifications, making it feel robotic. There was no real discussion.
