Executive Assistant
The hiring process was competitive, involving a written assessment followed by a competency-based interview with 3 panelists. The recruitment team was very helpful.
- Can you describe your approach to working under intense deadline pressure
Administrative Assistant
I got an email for an interview a month after the application deadline passed. The interview happened in November, and I never heard back after that. It was at the IOM HQ in Rome, and they spoke both Italian and English. They asked some case scenario questions.
- Why do you want to work for IOM?
- Tell us about your background and how it relates to this position.
- How do you organize your work?
Administrative Assistant
it was a pretty mid-level process, they got straight to the point and were friendly, the english speakers were okay. overall i think it was a good opportunity to apply, but i didn't get the offer though, it was a G-5 contract.
- How do you feel about working with a partner who is difficult to work with and doesn't cooperate?
