First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at iOLAP.
Data Engineer
At first, I didn't get the offer even though the process was easy. However, six months later, the company called me back and offered me the job. They initially told me to prepare for SQL questions, but on the day of the technical interview, they unexpectedly asked me Python questions as well.
- Could you write a SQL query to get the FIRST_NAME from the Worker table, using a specified alias?
Data Engineer
It was a 2 stage interview process, starting with HR and then moving to a technical interview. It was pretty standard for the area. The interview was pleasant and short. I got an exam with technical questions, including SQL queries.
- Can you tell me about your past experiences?
Data Engineer
Got recruited via LinkedIn and went through 3 rounds. The whole process was pretty quick and went smoothly. HR was really good about keeping me in the loop at every step, making it a nice experience overall.
- Can you share details about your past work experience?
- What specific tools and technologies have you worked with?
- Could you explain the technical challenges that heavily involved logical reasoning?
