The interview process was functional, aiming to clearly evaluate me. The hiring team gave me a lot of great reasons to join them. The phone interviews provided useful information. The in-person interview was well-structured, allowing me freedom to show my skills while also being rigorous, assuring me my future colleagues would be high achievers. The only hiccup was no one being at the door when I arrived at 8 a.m. from the airport for the in-person interview. In hindsight, I'm not a morning person, so I probably wouldn't have been there either.

The interview process was quite straightforward. I applied online and heard back about two weeks later for an interview. In the interview, the HR recruiter asked a bunch of behavioral and situation-based questions. My advice is to use the STAR method and you'll be fine. The recruiter mentioned the Hiring Manager was considering extending an offer to another strong candidate and tried to schedule me with them immediately. Unfortunately, by then, the other candidate had already received an offer. It was a positive experience overall, and it seemed like the process would have maxed out at 2-3 interviews.

It took about a month from the first contact until I met the hiring manager. I had to follow up with them a few times because they asked me to do an assessment with basic data manipulation. I sent that in and didn't hear back. I followed up again and finally scheduled an interview, only to be told the hiring manager had changed. I was completely ghosted after the interview, even though I sent a thank you note.

The recruiter ghosted me after giving me a link to share my availability. I gave them a lot of time options, and they ignored me for 4 days. I ended up having to cancel my availability so I could give those times to other jobs. Eventually, the recruiter set up a first-round Zoom call with the hiring manager I'd be working for. The call went really well, and the salary was in line with the market. He was excited to move me forward and told me what the next steps were. Neither the recruiter nor the hiring manager updated me, and I never heard back. I didn't follow up because I had better offers. The recruiting team was super unresponsive. The company also announced plans to dilute ownership by up to $500 million by issuing new stock and selling it. Avoid this company.
