Behavioral Technical Presentation

Started off with a general phone interview where they asked about personal experiences, favorite classes, and what I liked about the company. Then I got a trip to the location for the next stage. I interviewed with 6 people separately, including several engineers and then sector managers. They asked more personal experience questions. It's good if you know about MBM (Market Based Management) principles. Make sure to have some questions ready to ask the interviewers too.
