First, they looked at my CV and cover letter. Then I had 2 interviews. The first interview was with HR and a current placement student. The second interview was with the lead engineer. All the interview questions were behavioral, starting with 'think of a time' or 'tell me when'.

I got this interview offer through my university's placement scheme, and it was held right there on campus. Two people interviewed me. It felt pretty chill and they seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say. Mostly they asked behavioral questions, trying to see if I could work well in a team. There were specific questions about dealing with tough tasks under tight deadlines and also about handling situations with difficult or uncooperative team members.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Can you share an instance where you had to collaborate with a team member who was not cooperative, and explain your approach to managing that situation?
  • Tell me about a challenging task you faced that had a tight deadline and how you managed to complete it.
  • How do you approach working with others on a team?

it was really fast and pretty standard. they wont ask you any hard questions. usually you start with a phone interview and if they like you they call you in for a second interview in person. emails get answered fast. you can expect questions asked pretty fast and they try to get as much info to you about the job and the company.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • They were not very difficult to answer.
