Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Invisors.

The first interview was at my college's student union after meeting them at the career fair. It was mostly standard behavioral questions, like why I chose consulting over a job related to my major. The second interview was a full day at the Atlanta office. It started with a breakfast and office tour, and I met some new hires. Then there was a company presentation about their history, values, and benefits. We had lunch with current employees and a Q&A. After that, the interviews began. First, a case study where I had 45 minutes to prep for 3 scenarios about handling tough situations. Then, I spent 45 minutes discussing my answers with upper management. Next, there were two behavioral interviews, each with two upper managers, focusing more on my experience and why I wanted to join Invisors. Finally, there was an Excel test and a discussion about my thought process with an upper manager.

The initial interview was a campus one with some basic behavioral questions. After that, I was invited to the office for a half-day interview. It was great to get a feel for the office and meet the people there. Since I've mostly interviewed online during the pandemic, this in-person experience was really refreshing. Seeing the company culture firsthand in the office is what really convinced me. I valued the chance to interview with a founding partner and hear his insights about Invisors. Overall, it was a really positive interview experience.
- What qualities do you seek in senior management?
