First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Invisors.
Project Coordinator
The first interview was informal and comfortable, like a natural chat. They really value cultural and personality fit and explained their career development paths which was great.
- Tell me about what you know about our company.
- How do you approach handling stakeholders?
- What makes you want to work at Invisors?

The first interview was at my college's student union after meeting them at the career fair. It was mostly standard behavioral questions, like why I chose consulting over a job related to my major. The second interview was a full day at the Atlanta office. It started with a breakfast and office tour, and I met some new hires. Then there was a company presentation about their history, values, and benefits. We had lunch with current employees and a Q&A. After that, the interviews began. First, a case study where I had 45 minutes to prep for 3 scenarios about handling tough situations. Then, I spent 45 minutes discussing my answers with upper management. Next, there were two behavioral interviews, each with two upper managers, focusing more on my experience and why I wanted to join Invisors. Finally, there was an Excel test and a discussion about my thought process with an upper manager.
- What are your reasons for pursuing consulting instead of a role more aligned with your academic field?
- In what ways do your career aspirations connect with Invisors?
- Can you explain how you would manage challenging scenarios?
Workday Analyst
The interview process was pretty standard. It started with a virtual meet-and-greet, followed by a virtual interview. The final stage was a half-day in-person session which included a presentation, a group activity, and individual interviews. It seemed like newer staff were handling a lot of the interview process, which unfortunately led to some communication hiccups. Everyone I met was nice, and I enjoyed meeting the team, but one new employee didn't make a great impression. I was really hoping to learn more about Invisors, but after being ghosted without any update on my application status (even after following up a few times post-interview), I felt my time was wasted. I'd suggest they either hire properly trained recruiters or have more experienced employees manage the hiring process.
- Can you describe your strengths and weaknesses?
- How do you function within a team environment?
- Describe a past failure or difficult situation and how you managed to resolve it.
Deployment Analyst
The interview process for this role involves two main rounds. The first is a Zoom call with a recruiter, mainly focusing on behavioral questions to understand your background and what drives you. The second round is an all-day, in-person event. It kicks off with a presentation about the company, covering its operations and culture. Following that, you'll tackle several assessments: a case study, two panel interviews, an Excel test, and a casual happy hour to connect with the team informally. The case study and panel interviews will dive into behavioral questions, assessing how you navigate difficult situations and make decisions. The Excel test is designed to see how you approach problem-solving, using basic Excel functions to find solutions, even for some tricky problems. The whole process is set up to see if you have the right skills and attitude for a consulting job, so make sure to showcase those qualities. You should hear back about their decision within a week after the second interview.
- Can you share an instance where you encountered failure in a task?
