Case Behavioral

It started with a 20-30 minute phone screening with HR. Then, there were 4 separate 30-45 minute 1-on-1 interviews all on the same day, which were a mix of case and behavioral interviews. Finally, I had an interview with VPs and MDs. The whole experience was great. The case interviews went well, and the people were really friendly. It seems like a great place to work with a nice new office in a good location. However, one consultant doing a behavioral interview seemed disengaged, asking questions and barely letting me answer before moving on. She was done in under 20 minutes. After spending a lot of time in the office with some great people, it felt insulting to end like that.

Behavioral Case Presentation

The interview experience started off pretty well organized. The early interviewers seemed engaged and the job looked interesting. I got good feedback and moved through the stages pretty fast. I had four interviews in total, including a panel interview. During the panel, one person seemed really checked out and distracted, which made it feel inconsistent. After getting past that to what would have been the final step (a case study presentation), they just went silent. I emailed them but got no reply or any kind of official ending.
