I reached out to Investigo in early 2023 because I was planning to move to the UK later that year. I had several interviews with different senior leaders and the internal recruitment team. Everything seemed to be going well, I received positive feedback, and I enjoyed my conversations. Before they made an official offer, they mentioned they'd want to meet me in person once I arrived in London. In the meantime, I turned down another job offer because I felt really good about Investigo. After I flew to London, I met with the manager in person, and they said they weren't sure if there would be any suitable vacancies for my experience at the moment but would be in touch. They never contacted me, even after I tried to follow up and asked for feedback. It's okay if they weren't interested, but it would have been better to let me know about their doubts instead of leading me on for almost 6 months. Given that the company's core values include "Honesty, Transparency, and Authenticity," I was very disappointed with how I was treated.

The process was really fast and smooth. It involved one or two phone screens, then a final presentation, and then the offer. It was mostly conversational, but they made sure to cover everything in detail. I really enjoyed the process and everyone was friendly. They were available to answer any questions I had throughout.
