Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Investigo.
Consultant
It was a comprehensive process with several stages that gradually increased in difficulty. All the questions and content were relevant, and it gave a good sense of the team and the hiring manager. It was also a good opportunity to ask questions and learn more. The first round was about introductions and getting to know each other. The second round went into more detail about why I was a good fit for the role and my motivations. The third round involved meeting more team members. The fourth round was a discussion about initial ideas for a business plan, after which a decision was made.
- What makes you want to work for Investigo?
Consultant
Had 3 interviews with the manager and HR. Went into the offices each time. They seemed to change personalities depending on what they were asking. Talked a lot about the company culture.
- What is your motivation for choosing Investigo?
- Define the characteristics of an effective recruiter.
Consultant
It was a pretty laid-back interview process, focusing more on personality and my own ideas and initiative rather than specific skills. They asked about my background and how I performed in my previous jobs. I met several people, including senior management, and they each had slightly different expectations. Communication was smooth throughout, the whole thing felt very organized, and they made a decision pretty quickly.
- Can you share some of your accomplishments and performance highlights from your previous role?
