This was a great interview process. They want to know who you are as a person, not only your qualifications and degrees. There were some brainteasers but I managed to get through. I had a phone call with HR first, then with the recruiting manager and someone else from another team. Then, a face-to-face interview with two other managers from the team.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process involved several rounds, including interviews with Associate Directors. They really focus on finding the right person and try to make the experience feel personal. Questions covered a range of topics, with both technical and personality-based inquiries. By the final round, they're confident in your ability to do the job; what matters most is if your attitude aligns with Investec's values. They aim to be unique, so they're interested in hearing your perspective on what sets them apart from banks like Jefferies.
