Had three rounds of interviews. First was with HR to check for culture fit. Second was with the team, and it was very technical, asking about the Software Development Lifecycle. The last one was with the team leader.

It was a panel interview with four Managers over MS Teams. It started with the usual career overview and experience questions. Then it moved on to very technical business analysis questions that needed textbook answers. Make sure you've refreshed your memory on those.

The company Investec approached me in November and spent the whole of December on three rounds of interviews. My feedback was positive in the first two technical and managerial interviews. But after the third round with HR, my application was put on hold due to HR's doubts about my profile. I think it's weird that HR gets to decide this when the project team liked me. After some talking, they set up another round with their technical team on Jan 13th. The technical team asked very simple questions. Even though I asked multiple times, I was told they were uncomfortable with me, but they didn't say why. This lack of professionalism is bad. They wasted 45 days of my time, and I turned down another offer for them. I don't recommend this company because they're a startup in India and leave candidates hanging with unclear reasons. They didn't explain what they wanted, wasting my time. I wish I hadn't interviewed with them, as I could have gotten another offer in Mumbai in those 45 days instead of waiting for them.
