The interview process felt pretty average and quick, like they had already made their decision before it even started. It seemed like they likely had their preferred candidates already. They didn't seem very interested.

Behavioral Other

I had a really positive experience throughout the interview process. Everyone I met was genuinely friendly and welcoming, and it was clear from the outset that the company has a strong, supportive culture. The interviews felt more like open conversations rather than formal questioning, which made it easier to be myself and have honest, engaging discussions. Throughout the process, it genuinely felt like the interviewers were rooting for me rather than trying to catch me out or test me. Overall, it gave me a great sense of the people and the culture, and left a very positive impression.

Behavioral Technical

The recruitment process at Investec seemed quite organised and straightforward at first. However, after a few rounds, communication just stopped, and there was no feedback or outcome. It's quite disappointing, especially since I took time off work and travelled for multiple interviews. The company itself seems like a good place to work, but candidates should at least receive basic respect and some closure, particularly when they're in the later stages of the process and have invested a lot of time and effort. I'm hoping that future candidates will have a more transparent and considerate experience.
