Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Invenergy.
Senior Associate
The interview process involved four back-to-back interviews on a single day onsite with people from the department. Each interview was about 30 minutes long, with breaks in between. It was a good experience to get different views of the company and the team.
- What motivates your interest in working at Invenergy?
Associate
I first applied on their website and heard back after about 3 weeks. Then, I had a quick chat with the recruiter. Right after that, they set up a call with the hiring manager in just 2 days. Following that conversation, I went through 3 consecutive 30-minute interviews with different managers. I ended up getting an offer less than a week after that last round.
- Can you tell me about your background and experience?
- How do you see your experience fitting into this role?
Associate
The interview process involved multiple stages and I eventually got an offer with a week to decide. After receiving the offer, I had a few questions for HR regarding flexibility and office policies. When I asked my third question, they took back the offer, saying, "since the offer was given, it has been non-stop questions."
- Can you tell me about your background?
