First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Introhive.
Account Manager
I interviewed with the VP of Sales and then with one of the founders (in HR). After that, I had to prep a presentation that took a lot of my time. I presented it to a panel and it went well, felt professional. But after that, crickets. No follow up, no replies to my emails, no feedback despite me trying to reach out multiple times. It was a bummer and felt unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend this place.
- Could you put together a 20-minute presentation outlining your 90-day success plan, assuming you get the job?
Software Developer
I was contacted by Introhive and they wanted to interview me. The interview focused on my industry experience and asked for examples of problems I encountered and how I solved them. The communication was good and the people were friendly.
- Can you share an instance where you tried a software approach that turned out to be a poor decision, and what prompted you to change it?
Customer Success Manager
The interview process started with a hiring manager chat on 5/1, followed by a senior leader interview on 5/8. Then, I had two more interviews with other leaders on 5/15. All four went well, and my CS background and connections helped me move forward quickly. Around May 22nd, I was told the other final candidate needed more time, so I had to wait another week. The recruiter mentioned a decision would be made early the week of May 29th, but I heard nothing. The following week, the recruiter informed me they were interviewing an internal referral. Three weeks passed with no updates, and the recruiter kept saying a decision would be made 'this week,' which never happened. Today, I found out they chose the internal referral. This company showed no respect for candidates by leaving us in the dark for over a month and bringing in an internal candidate after final interviews were completed. It's unprofessional and shows a lack of values, especially in a Customer Success role. I'm thankful for this painful lesson and will not refer this company or engage with them in the future.
- Describe your approach to building relationships with customer executives.
- Can you share an example of how you've expanded a contract to a global team?
Sales Development Representative
The first interview was brief and to the point. I was told about the hiring process and asked to share details about my background. The business development manager I spoke with was engaging and made me feel comfortable. However, the second stage interview was with two RVPs. They were late, and I had to contact the organizer to let them know no one had joined the call. They then sent a different link, and the introductions were not very welcoming. I felt uneasy and judged due to the cold start.
- Do you know about CRM?
